Bots no longer stick in the Google Meet waiting room

A bot could sit in the waiting room indefinitely when the meeting's chat icon showed unread messages, because the unread badge was misread as part of the waiting-room screen. Affected bots now proceed into the meeting normally.
Bug Fixes
- Bots no longer stay stuck in the waiting room when the meeting shows unread chat messages while they wait to be admitted.
