Zoom bots are given considerably longer to complete the join handshake before giving up, which recovers joins that were failing on slow starts. Chat messages sent through the API can also be longer.

⚡Improvements

• POST /v2/bots/{bot_id}/send-chat-message accepts messages up to 4096 characters.
• Zoom bots now allow up to five minutes for the join handshake instead of two and a half, so meetings that were slow to admit a bot no longer fail outright.
• Zoom join failures are now captured in more diagnostic detail, which shortens investigation when a specific meeting refuses a bot.

🐛Bug Fixes

• The reported message length and a false "chat disabled" result on chat sends are both corrected.
