Participant video is visible again in Teams recordings

Microsoft Teams recordings show participant video again, after a regression in the previous release left the video stage blank. Google Meet is unaffected.
Improvements
- The Teams video stage is recorded full-screen, with the toolbar, notification banners and side rails kept out of the frame.
Bug Fixes
- Microsoft Teams recordings no longer come back with participant video missing.
