Bots removed from a meeting now exit cleanly

A bot that a host removed from a Google Meet could get caught retrying the join, or sit on the removal screen until its grace period ran out. Both now end the bot promptly.
Improvements
- The dashboard shows a bot's timeout configuration, including its grace period, on the bot details view.
Bug Fixes
- A Google Meet bot removed by the host no longer retries the join in a loop.
- A bot removed during its grace period now ends instead of waiting on the removal screen for the rest of the window.
