No more duplicate status webhooks for delayed bots

A bot waiting to be picked up was re-sending the same bot.status_change webhook every minute for as long as it waited. It now sends the status once.

Bug Fixes

  • A bot in the delayed-pickup state no longer emits a duplicate bot.status_change every minute. If you de-duplicated these on your side, you will simply stop seeing the repeats. See Webhooks.
