v2.4.3
Participant data removed from bot diagnostic logs
- 2improved
Everything a bot writes to its diagnostic log is now stripped of personal data at the point it is written — participant names, meeting URLs, email addresses, phone numbers, chat text and credentials. Your own meeting data is untouched: recordings, transcripts, speaker timelines and chat exports are unchanged.
Improvements
- Bot diagnostic logs no longer contain participant names, meeting links, email addresses, phone numbers, chat text or credentials. Support can still trace a specific meeting end to end, because the bot identifier is preserved.
- Self-hosted deployments can stream only their bot diagnostic logs to Meeting BaaS support, without any of their own workload logs leaving their cluster.
