A transcript could begin with a stretch of "Unknown" before the first named participant, because the recording started before the speaker signal was live. Across thirty days of Google Meet meetings this affected roughly three in ten, usually for a few seconds but occasionally for the whole meeting.

🐛Bug Fixes

• Speech in the first seconds of a meeting is attributed to the right participant instead of appearing as "Unknown".
• A meeting whose speaker signal never came up now recovers to named speakers, rather than running unnamed to the end.
