Zoom bots could leave a meeting early when an entry message or a participant's chat message contained wording that looked like a removal notice. Removal detection is now scoped to Zoom's own interface, and genuine host removals are still detected.

⚡Improvements

• Data deletion now removes every audio chunk belonging to a bot, including recording-only bots, bots whose transcription failed or was skipped, and meetings that produced several chunks. This corrects future deletions; if you need historical objects cleaned up, contact support.
• Sign-up conversion tracking is recorded from the account actually being created on our side, rather than from a form submission, and self-hosted deployments do not record it at all.

🐛Bug Fixes

• Zoom bots no longer leave a meeting early because a chat or entry message contained removal-like wording.
