The per-bot recording cap can now be set up to twelve hours, raised from six, for all-day sessions and long-running events.

⚡Improvements

• timeout_config.max_recording_duration accepts values up to 43200 seconds (12 hours), raised from 21600 (6 hours). The minimum is unchanged at 7200 seconds, and leaving it unset still means no cap beyond the existing timeouts.
