Fixed choppy audio in Microsoft Teams recordings

This release fixes garbled audio in some Microsoft Teams recordings. If you record Teams meetings, recordings and transcripts made from now on keep the full speech of every participant. There are no changes to the API or webhooks, and no action is needed.
Bug Fixes
- Microsoft Teams recordings no longer lose short fragments of speech. Some recordings had speech cut out many times a second for several minutes after the bot joined, which made the audio sound choppy and could drop words from the transcript.
