Smoother Zoom recordings

Zoom recordings could stutter and the audio lag behind, worst in busy meetings. The recorder now draws only the active speaker's tile rather than every participant's at full size.
Bug Fixes
- Zoom recordings no longer stutter or drift out of sync in meetings with several participants on camera. The recording still follows the active speaker.
